How much does all of this cost?  Let me explain:

The city of Las Vegas charges our brokerage a 'license hanging fee' for every agent that hangs their license with us.  
We just ask you to pay a monthly fee of $17.50 to help us pay that license fee. 
That's it. Nothing else. 
And if you close 3 deals in a calendar year we'll rebate all your monthly fees back to you for that calendar year.
Also, we'll never put pressure on you to 'do a deal'.
